● Cancellation fees will be charged as follows:

Same day : 100% of the reservation fee
Day before : 80% of the reservation fee
2 to 3 days prior : 50% of the reservation fee
4 to 7 days prior : 20% of the reservation fee

※If you do not show up without contacting us, you will be charged 100% of the accommodation fee.
※The cancellation fee listed above (cancellation fee regulation table) will be added to the basic accommodation fee for the reservation.
※Please note that if you change the number of people or change the schedule, a cancellation fee will be charged according to the table above.
