Cancellation Policy

• ●Cancellation fees will be charged as follows:

  Same day :   100% of the reservation fee
  Day before :   80% of the reservation fee
  2 to 3 days prior : 50% of the reservation fee
  4 to 7 days prior : 20% of the reservation fee

  ※If you do not show up without contacting us, you will be charged 100% of the accommodation fee.
  ※The cancellation fee listed above (cancellation fee regulation table) will be added to the basic accommodation fee for the reservation.
  ※Please note that if you change the number of people or change the schedule, a cancellation fee will be charged according to the above (cancellation fee regulation table).

  When canceling, please provide detailed information such as your name, reservation date and time, and reservation number.
  Once the cancellation procedure is complete, we will send you a confirmation email.

• ●How to claim cancellation fee

  In the event of cancellation, a cancellation fee will be charged to the designated credit card.
  Please note that if your credit card has expired, you will need to use another payment method.
